Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Körper mit geringem Raumgewicht, welcher bei erhöhter Druckbeanspruchung volumsverkleinernd unter Energieaufnahme verformbar ist. Um mit hoher Präzision die geforderten Gewichtsmaßnahmen und Verformungseigenschaften des Körpers einzustellen und eine dämpfende Wirkung bei Explosionen und Schallbeaufschlagung durch diesen zu erreichen, ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, dass der Körper aus mindestens zwei in einem Stapel angeordneten Schichten (S) besteht und jede Schicht (S) in der Fläche verteilt mit beidseitig Anlagen für eine Folgeschicht oder für Abstützungen aufweisenden Massebereichen (M) und Freiräumen (F) gebildet ist, wobei im Stapel die Schichten (S) derart positioniert sind, dass jeweils die Massebereiche (M) außerhalb von Anlageflächen (N) mit Freiräumen (F) einer benachbarten Schicht (S) korrespondieren.
(EN) The invention relates to a body having a low specific gravity, said body being deformable when subjected to increased pressure in such a way as to reduce the volume thereof and absorb energy. The aim of the invention is to be able to modify, in a highly precise manner, the required weight measures and deformation properties of the body, and to achieve a damping action in the event of explosions and noise. To this end, the body consists of at least two layers (S) arranged in a stack and each layer (S) is spread over the surface, with abutments on both sides for a sequential layer or for material regions (M) and free regions (F) comprising supporting elements. The layers (S) are positioned in such a way that the material regions (M) located outside the abutment surfaces respectively correspond to free regions (F) of an adjacent layer (S).
(FR) L'invention concerne un corps à faible poids spécifique, qui peut être déformé sous l'effet de sollicitation en pression augmentée, de manière à réduire de volume et à absorber l'énergie. L'invention vise à ajuster les dimensions volumétriques requises et des propriétés de déformation voulues du corps, avec une grande précision, ainsi qu'à parvenir à un effet amortisseur dans le cas d'explosions et de sollicitations sonores, par le biais dudit corps. A cet effet, il est prévu que ledit corps comprenne au moins deux couches (S) disposées en pile et chaque couche (S) est conçue divisée dans la surface, avec des installations disposées de chaque côté pour une couche séquentielle ou des zones massiques (M) et des espaces libres (F) présentant des éléments de soutien. Les couches (S) sont positionnées dans la pile, de sorte que dans chaque cas, les zones massiques (M) situées en dehors de surfaces d'appui (N) correspondent à des espaces libres (F) d'une couche (S) adjacente.
