Abstract:
(EN) Devices (100) and methods for controlling an ultraviolet (UV) sterilization system that has one or more UV sources to achieve proper sterilization. The UV sources (112) are operated according to a set of control parameters including intensity of the UV light energy and an exposure time. The device (100) may include: one or more sensors (124, 128) that are configured to measure UV light energy emitted by the UV sources (112) and develop one or more signals; and a microcontroller (314) that has an access to information of UV energy doses for various types of microorganisms. The microcontroller (314) is configured to receive the signals from the sensors (124, 128), determine a set of optimum values corresponding to the set of control parameters using the signals and the information, and send the set of optimum values to the UV sources (112) to control the UV sources.
(FR) L'invention concerne des dispositifs (100) et des procédés pour commander un système de stérilisation par ultraviolet (UV) doté d'une ou de plusieurs sources UV permettant de parvenir à une stérilisation adéquate. Ces sources UV (112) sont actionnées en fonction d'un ensemble de paramètres de commande parmi lesquels figurent l'intensité de l'énergie lumineuse UV et un temps d'exposition. Le dispositif (100) peut comporter un ou plusieurs capteurs (124, 128), configurés pour mesurer l'énergie lumineuse UV émise par les sources UV (112) et produire un ou plusieurs signaux, ainsi qu'un microcontrôleur (314) ayant accès à des informations relatives à des doses d'énergie UV pour différents types de micro-organismes. Le microcontrôleur (314) est configuré pour recevoir les signaux des capteurs (124, 128), déterminer un ensemble de valeurs optimales correspondant à l'ensemble de paramètres de commande au moyen des signaux et des informations et à envoyer l'ensemble de valeurs optimales aux sources UV (112) pour commander ces dernières.
