Abstract:
(EN) This invention relates to a structural coating comprising a polymeric resin, a borate-based additive, and a dynamic stabilization material. The borate-based additive provides corrosion protection through electrochemical binding of active surface corrosive sites, lubrication enhancement through the creation and re-supply to a surface where friction contact occasionally occurs of a weak slip lane crystalline material which may be a locally formed product utilizing local atmospheric humidity, and a material for reaction with an initiator to provide for freezing point depression during coating application. The dynamic stabilization material creates a balance of stabilized material for supply of corrosion protection product, lubrication reduction product, and freezing point depression product.
(FR) La présente invention a trait à un revêtement structurel comportant une résine polymère, un additif à base de borate, et un matériau de stabilisation dynamique. L'additif à base de borate assure une protection contre la corrosion grâce à la liaison électrochimique de sites de corrosion superficiels actifs, l'amélioration de lubrification grâce à la création et la réalimenation à une surface où un contact de frottement se produit occasionnellement d'un matériau cristallin à voie de glissement faible qui peut se produire localement au moyen dû à l'humidité atmosphérique, et un matériau pour une réaction avec un amorceur pour fournir un abaissement du point de congélation lors de l'application du revêtement. Le matériau de stabilisation dynamique crée un équilibre du matériau stabilisé pour fournir un produit de protection contre la corrosion, un produit de réduction de lubrification et un produit d'abaissement du point de congélation.
