Abstract:
(EN) An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) device, comprising: a substrate (10) ; an OLED (11) formed on .the substrate (10) comprising a first electrode (14) , one or more layers (16) of organic material, one of which emits light, and a transparent second electrode (18) , the transparent second electrode (18) and layer (s) of organic light-emitting material (16) having a first refractive index range; a transparent cover (12) having a second refractive index; separately formed spacer element particles (24) distributed above the transparent second electrode (18) , providing spacing between the transparent second electrode (18) and the cover (12) , and forming a transparent gap between the transparent second electrode (18) and the cover (20) , the transparent gap having a third refractive index lower than each of the first refractive index range and second refractive index; and separately formed light-scattering element particles (22) distributed over the second electrode (18) between the spacer element particles (24) .
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de diode électroluminescente organique (OLED) comprenant : un substrat (10) ; une OLED (11) formée sur le substrat (10) comprenant une première électrode (14), une ou plusieurs couches (16) de matériau organique, l’une d’elles émettant de la lumière, et une seconde électrode transparente (18), cette dernière (18) et la ou les couches de matériau organique électroluminescent (16) présentant une première gamme d’indice de réfraction ; une enveloppe transparente (12) présentant un deuxième indice de réfraction ; des particules d’élément d’espacement à formation indépendante (24) qui sont réparties au-dessus de la seconde électrode transparente (18) et qui créent un espace transparent entre cette électrode (18) et l’enveloppe (12), ledit espace présentant un troisième indice de réfraction inférieur à la fois à ceux de la première gamme d’indice de réfraction et au deuxième ; et des particules d’élément de diffusion de la lumière à formation indépendante (22) qui sont réparties au-dessus de la seconde électrode (18) entre les particules d’élément d’espacement (24).
