Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides compositions and methods related to the field of oxidative stress in cells. The present invention provides compositions and methods for manipulating and assessing DJ-1 and Nrf2 activity, thereby affecting an oxidative stress response. The present invention also provides methods for treating diseases and disorders associated with an altered oxidative stress response.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des compositions et des méthodes agissant sur le stress oxydatif des cellules. La présente invention concerne des compositions et des méthodes de manipulation et d'évaluation de l'activité de DJ-1 et Nrf2, affectant ainsi la réponse au stress oxydatif.
