Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a catalyst which is used for a hydrocarbon isomerisation method and which is embodied in the form of a catalyst complex of general formula MexOy*aAn-*b CnXmH2n+2-m, wherein Me is a metal of III-IV group metals, 1-2, y=2-3, An anion-containing acids, a=0,01-0,2, b=0,01-0,1; CnXmH2n+2-m is a polyhalogen-substituted hydrocarbon, wherein X is a halogen selected from a series of F, Cl, Br, I or of any combination thereof, n=1-10, m=1-22, dispersed on a porous carrier whose average pore size is equal to or greater than 500 nanometers and which contains a hydrogenating component. A method for producing said catalyst is also disclosed and consists in synthesising said catalyst complex from the polyhalogen-substituted hydrocarbon CnXmH2n+2-m, wherein X is a halogen selected from a series of F, Cl, Br, I or of any combination thereof, n=1-10, m=1-22, a metal oxide of the III-IV groups and an oxygen-containing acid anion, and in dispersing the catalyst complex on the porous carrier, whose average pore size is equal to or greater than 500 nanometers, wherein the hydrogenating component is pre-introduced into the carrier or is introduced jointly with the catalyst complex. A method for catalytically isomerising n-paraffins, wherein a catalyst is embodied in the form of the inventive catalyst is also disclosed.
(FR) L'invention concerne un catalyseur destiné à un processus d'isomérisation d'hydrocarbures, qui se présente comme un complexe catalytique ayant une formule générale MexOy*aAn-*b CnXmH2n+2-m, dans laquelle Me est un métal des groupes III-IV, x=1-2, y=2-3, An- est un anion d'un acide oxygéné, a=0,01-0,2, b=0,01-0,1; CnXmH2n+2-m est un hydrocarbure polyhalogéno-substitué, et le X-halogène est sélectionné dans la série F, Cl, Br, I ou n'importe quelle combinaison, lorsque n=1-10, m=1-22, qui est dispersé sur un support poreux avec une taille de pores moyenne d'au moins 500 nanomètres, et qui comprend un composant d'hydruration. L'invention décrit un procédé de fabrication de ce catalyseur, selon lequel on synthétise le complexe catalytique mentionné ici à partir de l'hydrocarbure polyhalogéno-substitué CnXmH2n+2-m, dans lequel le X-halogène est sélectionné dans la série F, Cl, Br, I ou n'importe quelle combinaison de ceux-ci, n=1-10, m=1-22, un oxyde de métal des groupes III-IV et d'un anion d'un acide oxygéné, qui est dispersé sur un support poreux avec une taille de pores moyenne d'au moins 500 nanomètres; le composant d'hydruration est introduit directement dans le support ou conjointement avec le complexe catalytique. L'invention décrit un processus d'isomérisation catalytique de n-paraffines, qui utilise en tant que catalyseur le catalyseur décrit ici.
(RU) Описан катализатор для процесса изомеризации углеводородов, представляющий собой каталитический комплекс общей формулы: , где Me – металл III-IV групп, x=1-2, y=2-3, An- - анион кислородсодержащей кислоты, а=0,01-0,2, b=0,01-0,1; CnXmH2n+2-n - полигалогензамещенный углеводород, где: Х – галоген, выбранный из ряда: F, Cl, Br, I или любая их комбинация, n=1-10; m=1-22, диспергированный на пористом носителе со средним радиусом пор не менее 500 нанометров и содержащий гидрирующий компонент. Описан способ приготовления этого катализатора, по которому указанный выше каталитический комплекс синтезируют из полигалогензамещенного углеводорода CnXmH2n+2-n, где: Х – галоген, выбранный из ряда F, Cl, Br, I или любая их комбинация, n=1-10; m=1-22; оксида металла III-IV групп и аниона кислородсодержащей кислоты и диспергируют на пористом носителе со средним радиусом пор не менее 500 нанометров, при этом гидрирующий компонент вводят либо предварительно в носитель, либо вводят совместно с каталитическим комплексом. Описан способ каталитической изомеризации н-парафинов, по которому в качестве катализатора используют описанный выше катализатор.
