Technical Field
The present invention relates to a vehicle right, and in particular to a structure of a vehicle light in which a reflection mirror and a casing are integrally formed by improving a casing structure of a conventional light, and a workability and assembling performance are improved, and a stable quality and productivity are obtained for a mass production, and an assembling is easy when is use, and an important element is protected, and a waterproof performance and durability are enhanced.

Background Art
Figure 1 is a schematic cross sectional view illustrating a structure of a conventional light casing.
The conventional vehicle light 1 is generally used for a work light, a headlight, an emergency light and a fog light of various construction equipments, vehicles and ships such as a pork lifter, a pork rain, bulldozer, etc. The vehicle light 1 comprises a casing 2, a stopper 3, a lens 4, a mask ring 5 and a reflection mirror 6. The casing 2 includes an engaging portion 2a at an outer portion of the same, and an inlet port 2b formed at a center portion, and the stopper 3 is rotated against the inlet port 2b and is engaged. The mask ring 5 forms a circular groove 5a at a front end, and an engaging groove 5b at a rear end.
The mask ring 5 is threaded with an engaging groove 5b of the mask ring 5 and an engaging portion 2a of the casing 2 along with a lens 4 inserted into the circular groove 5a, and a reflection mirror 7 having a bulb 7 is fixed.

Here, reference numeral 8 represents a rotation member, which rotates the vehicle light.
As shown in Figure 1 , the vehicle light 1 is fixed at both ends of the casing 2 using a mask ring 5 so that the lens 4 and the reflection mirror 7 are not escaped. It is very hard to disassemble and assemble the casing 2, the lens 4, the reflection mirror 9 and the mask ring 5, so that the maintenance of the light 1 and the assembling work of the parts are not easy, whereby the work efficiency and use efficiency decrease. As each part is separately assembled, the manufacturing process is complicated, and the workability and manufacturing performance are significantly decreased.
When the mask ring 5 is loosely assembled at the casing 2, a certain gap may generate vibrations or impacts, so that the lens 4 and the reflection mirror 7 become movable from the casing 2 for thereby generating noises and escaping from the same. When it is used for a long time, an engaging force may lose, so that rain may be penetrated into the system for thereby provoking a short circuit phenomenon.

In addition, the stopper 1 is not easily opened and closed from the inlet port 2b of the casing 2, so that a wire maintenance is not easy when exchanging the bulb 7, and the assembling performance decreases, and rain may be penetrated into the same for thereby provoking power leakage and short circuit.

Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to overcome the above-described conventional problems encountered in the conventional art.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a structure of a vehicle light in which a reflection mirror and a casing are integrally formed by improving a casing structure of a conventional light, and a workability and assembling performance are improved, and a stable quality and productivity are obtained for a mass production, and an assembling is easy when is use, and an important element is protected, and a waterproof performance and durability are enhanced.
To achieve the above objects, in a structure of a light for a vehicle which is provided with a reflection mirror in which a lens L is provided at a front side of the same, and a bulb E is provided in the same, while being opened and closed by a stopper, there is provided an improved structure of a light for a vehicle, comprising a housing which includes a shoulder portion engaged with a lens L at a front side, and a thread portion at a rear side, while being formed based on

an integral injection method for an operation of a reflection mirror by depositing

and coating a certain metal at an inner side; a support plate which is engaged at

a mounting shoulder portion formed at an inner surface of the housing using a

bolt B and is made of a metallic material for inserting and engaging the bulb E;

and a stopper which includes a cut groove formed at a thread of the housing for

receiving wires W, a packing having a concave groove for receiving wires W

and a thread groove for a thread engagement.

Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Figure 2 is a cross sectional view illustrating a structure of a light for a vehicle according to the present invention, and Figure 3 is an enlarged view illustrating an important element of a light for a vehicle according to the present invention.
The present invention relates to a structure of a reflection mirror having a lens L provided at a front side and a bulb E provided in an inner side of the same, and a vehicle light opened and closed by a stopper and provided at a rear side. The light 10 according to the present invention comprises a housing

20, a support plate 30, a packing 35 and a stopper 40. Differently from the conventional art, the casing and the reflection mirror are integrally formed based on an injection method for thereby enhancing workability and assembling performance. A stable quality and productivity are obtained for a mass production. When in use, an assembling is easy, and an important element is protected, and a waterproof and durability are enhanced.
The housing 200 according to the present invention comprises a shoulder portion 22 engaged with a lens L at a front side of the same, and a thread 23 formed at a rear side, with an inner side of the same being coated for achieving an operation of the reflection mirror 21. The housing is integrally formed based on an injection method. The housing 20 is formed based on an injection method so that the conventional casing 2 and the reflection mirror 6 are formed in an integral shape. The vacuum inner sides of the same are deposited for thereby forming a thin layer by heating and distributing metal for a high luminance reflection for thereby obtaining the reflection mirror 21. Since the housing 20, in which the conventional casing 2 and the reflection mirror 6 are integrally formed, is manufactured based on the injection method, the workability and assembling performance are excellent, and a stable quality and productivity are obtained for a mass production.
In the housing 20, a shoulder portion 22 is formed at a front side of the same, and a thread 23 is formed at a rear side of the same. A lens L is mounted at the shoulder portion 22 of the front side and is fixedly integrated. The thread 23 of the rear side is engaged with the thread groove 41 of the stopper 40 for thereby achieving a full waterproof state.
The support plate 30 is engaged at the mounting shoulder 24 formed at the inner side of the housing 20 using a bolt B and is provided with a metallic material for inserting and engaging the bulb E. The support plate 30 is made of a metallic material and is engaged at the mounting shoulder 24 formed at a rear side of the housing 20 using a bolt B. The support plate 30 is provided with a key groove and a protrusion piece (not shown) and is supported and fixed by the key groove and the protrusion piece by rotating the bulb B, so that the bulb is easily exchanged. As shown in Figure 2, in the conventional art, almost casings are made of a synthetic resin. When it is used by engaging the bulb E1 the bonded portions are melted by heat of the bulb B, so that it is impossible to stably support the bulb, and the bulb is separated. However, in the present invention, it is made of a metallic material for preventing the above problems.
In the stopper 40 according to the present invention, a cut groove 23a is formed at the thread portion 23 of the housing 20 for receiving wires W, and the packing 35 includes a concave groove 35a for receiving wires W. As shown in Figure 3, the housing 20 is provided with a cut groove 23a for uniformly mounting the wires W at the thread portion 23, which wires are connected with the bulb. The packing 35 is provided for the cut groove 23a. As shown in Figure 3, the packing 35 is provided with a concave groove 35a. The concave groove 35a received the wires W provided in the cut groove 23a for thereby preventing escape. The rain is prevented from flowing into the housing 20 for thereby preventing short circuit problems. The stopper 40 is sealed by engaging the thread portion 23 of the housing 20 at the thread 41 along with the packing 35 as disposed for thereby preventing an escape by the vibration and impact and achieving a perfect waterproof.
According to the light structure 10 according to the present invention, when the housing, in which the casing and the reflection mirror are integrally formed, is used, the workability and assembling performance are excellent, and a stable quality and productivity are obtained for a mass production. The reflection efficiency is good when in use. The bulb may be easily exchanged. The assembling is easy, and the important elements are protected, and the waterproof and durability are excellent.

Industrial Applicability
As described above, the reflection mirror and casing are integrally formed when improving and manufacturing the casing structure of a light according to the present invention, so that the workability and assembling performance are excellent. A stable quality and productivity are obtained for a mass production. When in use, the assembling is easy, and the important elements are protected, and the waterproof and durability are enhanced.
As the present invention may be embodied in several forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof, it should also be understood that the above-described examples are not limited by any of the details of the foregoing description, unless otherwise specified, but rather should be construed broadly within its spirit and scope as defined in the appended claims, and therefore all changes and modifications that fall within the meets and bounds of the claims, or equivalences of such meets and bounds are therefore intended to be embraced by the appended claims.
