(EN) Provided is S-adenosylmethionine-6-N-lysine-methyltransferase obtained from Ne&ugr;rospora crassa, a polynucleotide encoding the same, a vector and host cell containing the polynucleotide, and a method of producing trimethyllysine by culturing the host cell.
(FR) L'invention concerne une S-adénosylméthionine-6-N-lysine-méthyltransférase obtenue à partir de Neurospora crassa, un polynucléotide codant pour celle-ci, un vecteur et une cellule hôte contenant le polynucléotide et un procédé de production de triméthyl-lysine en effectuant la culture de la cellule hôte.
