Abstract:
(EN) A technology is disclosed for efficiently and effectively conveying location and mobility related information about a mobile node to the network in order to facilitate location and mobility related functions and services. According to this technology, in order to detect location and mobility (for example, movement velocity) of the mobile node, dissemination of information including the identification information of the mobile node and the count metric indicating the distance to the mobile node is performed among adjacent network nodes. The network node, upon receiving this message, stores the information in the message, and generates a new count metric by decreasing the count metric. The network node then sends the message including the identification information of the mobile node and this newly generated count metric to the other network nodes. For example the network node determines the priority of resource reservation for each mobile node based on the count metric of each mobile node.
(FR) La présente invention a trait à une technologie pour le transporte efficace et effectif d'information liée la localisation et la mobilité concernant un noeud mobile à un réseau en vue de faciliter des fonctions et des services associés à la localisation et la mobilité. Selon cette technologie, afin de détecter la localisation et la mobilité (par exemple, la vitesse de déplacement) du noeud mobile, la dissémination d'information comprenant l'information d'identification du noeud mobile et la métrique de comptage indiquant la distance jusqu'au noeud mobile est réalisée parmi des noeuds de réseau adjacents. Le noeud de réseau, lors de la réception de ce message, mémorise l'information dans le message, et génère une nouvelle métrique de comptage en décrémentant la métrique de comptage. Ensuite le noeud de réseau transmet le message comprenant l'information d'identification du noeud mobile et cette métrique de comptage nouvellement générée aux autres réseaux. Par exemple, le noeud de réseau détermine la priorité de réservation pour chaque noeud mobile en fonction de la métrique de comptage de chaque noeud mobile.
