Abstract:
(EN) A conversion apparatus of the present invention includes a plurality of pixels including switching elements and conversion elements. The pixels are arranged in a pixel region including a switching element region in which switching elements are arranged in row and column directions and a conversion element region in which conversion elements are arranged in row and column directions. A plurality of wirings are including a second metal layer are connected to the plurality of switching elements of the column direction. Plural bias wirings of a fourth metal layer are connected to plural conversion elements. An external signal wiring of the fourth metal layer outside the pixel region is connected to the signal wirings. An external bias wiring of a first metal layer outside the pixel region is connected to the plurality of bias wirings. The external signal wiring and the external bias wiring intersect each other.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de conversion comprenant une pluralité de pixels contenant des éléments de commutation et des éléments de conversion. Les pixels sont disposés dans une zone de pixels comprenant une zone d’éléments de commutation dans laquelle des éléments de commutation sont disposés en rangées et en colonnes et une zone d’éléments de conversion dans laquelle des éléments de conversion sont disposés en rangées et en colonnes. Une pluralité de conducteurs d’une deuxième couche métallique sont connectés à la pluralité d’éléments de commutation d’une colonne. Une pluralité de conducteurs de polarisation d’une quatrième couche métallique sont connectés à une pluralité d’éléments de conversion. Un conducteur de signal externe de la quatrième couche métallique à l’extérieur de la zone de pixels est connecté aux conducteurs de signal. Un conducteur de polarisation externe d’une première couche métallique à l’extérieur de la zone de pixels est connecté à la pluralité de conducteurs de polarisation. Le conducteur de signal externe et le conducteur de polarisation externe se croisent.
