(EN)A breaker plate with a specific shape, smoothly transferring resin that is plasticized and melted by a screw of an extruder. The resin is transferred to a die without adhering and staying in a resin channel from the head of the screw. As a result, carbide produced in the resin channel from the screw head to the die can be significantly reduced.
(FR)La présente invention concerne une grille avec une forme spécifique, qui transfère facilement une résine qui est plastifiée et fondue par une vis d’une extrudeuse. La résine est transférée vers une filière sans adhérer ni rester dans un canal d’amenée de résine depuis la tête de la vis.
