Abstract:
(EN) A multi-layered bottle having a barrel section including an outermost layer, an innermost layer, and at least one barrier layer between the outermost layer and the innermost layer. The multi-layered bottle satisfies the following conditions at the same time: (1) OTR ≤ 0.2 cc mm/(m2.day.atm)(OTR is an average oxygen permeability coefficient of the barrel section barrier layer), (2) 20 ≤ average degree of orientation of the barrel section barrier layer ≤ 45, and (3) 0 ≤ b/a × 100 ≤ 200 (a: average thickness (µm) of the barrel section barrier layer, b: average thickness (µm) of a bottom section barrier layer). The multi-layered bottle is, although it has projected/recessed sections and bent sections, less likely to have interlayer separation and, as a consequence, has a high degree of design freedom.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une bouteille à couches multiples comprenant une partie de fût incluant une couche externe, une couche interne et au moins une couche barrière entre la couche externe et la couche interne. La bouteille à couches multiples satisfait les conditions suivantes en même temps : (1) OTR ≤ 0,2 cm3/(m2 jour atm) (OTR représente un coefficient moyen de perméabilité à l'oxygène de la couche barrière de la partie de fût), (2) 20 ≤ degré moyen d'orientation de la couche barrière de la partie de fût ≤ 45 et (3) 0 ≤ b/a × 100 ≤ 200 (a : épaisseur moyenne (µm) de la couche barrière de la partie de fût, b : épaisseur moyenne (µm) d'une couche barrière de la partie inférieure). La bouteille à couches multiples, bien qu'elle présente des parties en saillie/en creux et des parties pliées, est moins susceptible de présenter une séparation entre les couches et, en conséquence, présente un degré élevé de liberté de conception.
