(JA) 燃料供給装置における電磁リリーフ弁の診断装置
Abstract:
(EN) A fuel delivery device (11) has a delivery pipe (18) for delivering fuel to a fuel injection valve (21) of an internal combustion engine (10). An electromagnetic relief valve (22) relieves, according to a valve opening command, the fuel from the delivery pipe (18) to reduce fuel pressure in the delivery pipe (18). A diagnosis device of the relief valve (22) has an electronic control device (27) for outputting the valve opening command to the relief valve (22) according to a stop command for stopping the engine (10). Based on variation conditions of the fuel pressure in the delivery pipe (18) after the stop command is outputted, the electronic control device (27) determines whether or not the relief valve (22) has an abnormality. As a result, whether or not the electromagnetic relief valve (22) has an abnormality can be appropriately diagnosed.
(FR) Dispositif d’alimentation en carburant (11) comportant un tuyau d’alimentation (18) servant à alimenter en carburant une soupape d’injection de carburant (21) d’un moteur à combustion interne (10). Une soupape de décharge électromagnétique (22) décharge, en fonction d’une commande d’ouverture de soupape, le carburant du tuyau d’alimentation (18) afin de réduire la pression du carburant dans le tuyau d’alimentation (18). Un dispositif diagnostique de la soupape de décharge (22) comprend un dispositif de commande électronique (27) servant à transmettre la commande d’ouverture de soupape à la soupape de décharge (22) en fonction d’une commande de coupure servant à couper le moteur (10). Selon les variations de la pression de carburant dans le tuyau d’alimentation (18) suite à la transmission de la commande de coupure, le dispositif de commande électronique (27) détermine si la soupape de décharge (22) fonctionne de façon anormale. L’invention permet de diagnostiquer de façon sûre un fonctionnement anormal de la soupape de décharge électromagnétique (22).
(JA)  燃料供給装置11は、内燃機関10の燃料噴射弁21に燃料を供給するデリバリパイプ18を有し、電磁リリーフ弁22は開弁指令に応じて前記デリバリパイプ18から燃料をリリーフさせて該デリバリパイプ18の燃料圧力を低下させる。前記リリーフ弁22の診断装置は、前記機関10を停止させるための停止指令に応じて前記リリーフ弁22に前記開弁指令を出力する電子制御装置27を備え、該装置27は、前記停止指令が出力された後における前記デリバリパイプ18内の燃料圧力の変化態様に基づき前記リリーフ弁22の異常の有無を判定する。その結果、電磁リリーフ弁22の異常の有無を適切に診断することができる。
