Abstract:
(EN) A variable resonance frequency resonator comprising a fixed electrode (1), a movable electrode (3) arranged oppositely to the fixed electrode while spaced apart therefrom, a spring member consisting of a plurality of leaf springs (2) having a conducting function, arranged oppositely while spaced apart from each other and being bent outward or inward previously, with one end of each leaf spring being integrated with the fixed electrode and the other end of each leaf spring being integrated with the movable electrode, and an actuator (6) for deforming the leaf spring by pushing/pulling the movable electrode. Since the variable resonance frequency resonator comprises the fixed electrode, the movable electrode arranged oppositely to the fixed electrode while spaced apart therefrom, a spring member consisting of a plurality of leaf springs having a conducting function, arranged oppositely while spaced apart from each other and being bent outward or inward previously, with one end of each leaf spring being integrated with the fixed electrode and the other end of each leaf spring being integrated with the movable electrode, and an actuator for deforming the leaf spring by pushing/pulling the movable electrode, variations in element function is minimized, the yield can be enhanced and costs can be lowered.
(FR) L’invention concerne un résonateur à fréquence de résonance variable, comprenant une électrode fixe (1) ; une électrode mobile (3) opposée à l’électrode fixe en étant espacée de celle-ci ; un élément à ressort constitué d’une pluralité de ressorts à lames (2) assurant une fonction de conduction, opposés les uns aux autres en étant espacés les uns des autres et préalablement courbés vers l’extérieur ou vers l’intérieur, une extrémité de chaque ressort à lames étant solidaire de l’électrode fixe et l’autre extrémité de chaque ressort à lames étant solidaire de l’électrode mobile ; et un actionneur (6) servant à déformer chaque ressort à lames en poussant / tirant sur l’électrode mobile. Comme le résonateur à fréquence de résonance variable comprend une électrode fixe, une électrode mobile opposée à l’électrode fixe en étant espacée de celle-ci, un élément à ressort constitué d’une pluralité de ressorts à lames assurant une fonction de conduction, opposés les uns aux autres en étant espacés les uns des autres et préalablement courbés vers l’extérieur ou vers l’intérieur, une extrémité de chaque ressort à lames étant solidaire de l’électrode fixe et l’autre extrémité de chaque ressort à lames étant solidaire de l’électrode mobile, et un actionneur (6) servant à déformer chaque ressort à lames en poussant / tirant sur l’électrode mobile, les variations fonctionnelles d’un élément peuvent être minimisées, son élasticité améliorée et son coût réduit.
(JA)  固定電極1と、固定電極に対し間隔をおいて対向配置された可動電極3と、間隔をおいて対向配置され、予め全て外側または全て内側に撓ませた複数枚の導電機能を有する板ばね2からなり、各板ばねの一方の端部は前記固定電極と一体化され、各板ばねの他方の端部は前記可動電極と一体化されたばね部材と、前記可動電極を押し引きして前記板ばねを変形させるアクチュエータ6とを備えた共振周波数可変共振子により前記課題を解決する固定電極と、前記固定電極に対し間隔をおいて対向配置された可動電極と、間隔をおいて対向配置され、予め全て外側または全て内側に撓ませた複数枚の導電機能を有する板ばねからなり、各板ばねの一方の端部は前記固定電極と一体化され、各板ばねの他方の端部は前記可動電極と一体化されたばね部材と、前記可動電極を押し引きして前記板ばねを変形させるアクチュエータとを備えた構成により、素子機能のバラつきを極力少なくし、歩留まりを向上させ、コスト低下を実現できる共振周波数可変共振子を提供する。
