Abstract:
(EN) A liquid crystal display device (1) is provided by bonding a liquid crystal display panel (10) with a parallax barrier (20), which is composed by pattern-forming a barrier light blocking layer (22) on a barrier glass (21), through an adhesive layer (61) composed of a ultraviolet curing resin. In the liquid crystal display device, an area (20a) with no barrier light blocking layer (22) is arranged on the periphery of the parallax barrier (20), and a sealing material (14) is arranged between a TFT substrate (11) and a CF substrate (12) so that at least a part of the sealing material overlaps the area (20a). Thus, peeling on the adhesive plane between the parallax barrier (20) and the liquid crystal display panel (10) is not easily generated, and generation of display nonuniformity due to strain of the CF substrate (12) is prevented. This invention is applicable to manufacture of display devices which display different images in a plurality of display directions, respectively, such as 3D display devices and multiple image display devices, with no defects and high display performance.
(FR) L’invention concerne un dispositif d’affichage à cristaux liquides (1) que l’on obtient en collant un panneau d’affichage à cristaux liquides (10) avec une barrière de parallaxe (20), qui est composée par mise en motif d’une couche de protection blocant la lumière (22) sur un verre de protection (21), grâce à une couche adhésive (61) composée d’une résine de vulcanisation ultraviolette. Dans le dispositif d’affichage à cristaux liquides, une zone (20a) sans couche de protection blocant la lumière (22) est disposée à la périphérie de la barrière de parallaxe (20), et un matériau d’étanchéité (14) est disposé entre un substrat TFT (11) et un substrat CF (12) pour qu’au moins une partie du matériau d’étanchéité chevauche la zone (20a). Ainsi, la séparation sur le plan d’adhérence entre la barrière de parallaxe (20) et le panneau d’affichage à cristaux liquides (10) est compromise et l’on évite tout manque d’uniformité d'affichage dû aux contraintes du substrat CF (12). Cette invention est applicable à la fabrication de dispositifs d’affichage qui affichent différentes images dans une pluralité de directions d’affichage, respectivement, comme des dispositifs d’affichage en trois dimensions et des dispositifs d’affichage d’image multiple, sans défaut et avec d’excellentes performances d’affichage.
