Abstract:
(EN) A Cu-Fe-P alloy which combines enhanced strength and enhanced electrical conductivity with excellent processability in bending. The copper alloy comprises 0.01-1.0% iron, 0.01-0.4% phosphorus, 0.1-1.0% magnesium, and copper and unavoidable impurities as the remainder. In the copper alloy, the sizes of the oxide, crystals, and precipitate of magnesium contained in the copper alloy have been regulated so that the amount of magnesium which is contained in an extraction residue resulting from extraction/separation by a specific extraction residue method and is determined by a specific determination method is 60% or smaller based on the amount of magnesium contained in the copper alloy. This copper alloy can hence combine high strength with excellent processability in bending.
(FR) L’invention concerne un alliage Cu-Fe-P combinant une grande résistance et une conductivité électrique améliorée avec une excellente faculté de traitement en torsion. L’alliage de cuivre comprend de 0,01 à 1,0% de fer, de 0,01 à 0,4% de phosphore, de 0,1 à 1,0% de magnésium, le reste étant constitué de cuivre et d'impuretés inévitables. Dans l’alliage de cuivre, la taille de l’oxyde, des cristaux et du précipité de magnésium contenu dans l’alliage de cuivre est régulée pour que la quantité de magnésium renfermée dans un résidu d’extraction résultant d’une opération d’extraction/séparation selon un procédé de résidu d’extraction spécifique et déterminée selon un procédé de détermination spécifique soit inférieure ou égale à 60% de la quantité de magnésium contenu dans l’alliage de cuivre. Cet alliage de cuivre peut ainsi combiner une grande résistance avec une excellente faculté de traitement en torsion.
(JA)  高強度化、高導電率化とともに、優れた曲げ加工性を兼備したCu-Fe-P系合金を提供する。Fe:0.01~1.0%、P:0.01~0.4%、Mg:0.1~1.0%を各々含有し、残部銅および不可避的不純物からなる銅合金であって、特定抽出残渣法により抽出分離された抽出残渣中の、特定測定方法によるMg量の、前記銅合金中のMg含有量に対する割合が60%以下であるように、銅合金中のMgの酸化物、晶出物、析出物のサイズが制御された銅合金とし、高強度と優れた曲げ加工性を兼備させる。
