Abstract:
(EN) A connection structure between an integrated panel and a fluid device, in which excellent sealing properties can be maintained almost without requiring retightening and in which workability in assembling them is improved. This is achieved by communicatingly connecting both the integrated panel and a valve (2), with circular tube-like fluid paths (3, 7) sealed by an annular gasket (G). To make the connection, an annular projection (11) and tapered circumferential surfaces (12a, 13a), located inside and outside the projection (11), are formed at each of a first and a second fluid supply/discharge opening (2A), and the gasket (G) made of fluorocarbon resin has a pair of annular grooves (51, 51) and tapered circumferential surfaces (52a, 53a). When the integrated panel (1) and the valve (2) are pulled together, the annular projection (11) and the annular grooves (51) are fitted together to form sealing sections (S1) where the tapered circumferential surfaces (12a, 13a, 52a, 53a) are in intimate contact with each other.
(FR) L’invention concerne une structure de connexion destinée à raccorder un panneau intégré et un dispositif fluidique et présentant une excellente étanchéité pratiquement sans serrage supplémentaire, tout en offrant une plus grande facilité d’assemblage. Pour cela, le panneau intégré et une vanne (2) sont reliés de manière communicante avec des voies fluidiques circulaires tubulaires (3, 7) rendues étanches par un joint statique annulaire (G). Pour effectuer la connexion, une partie saillante annulaire (11) et des surfaces circonférentielles coniques (12a, 13a), situées à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur de la partie saillante (11), sont formées au niveau d'une première et d'une seconde ouverture d'entrée/d'évacuation de fluide (2A), tandis que le joint statique (G), constitué d’une résine fluorocarbonée, possède une paire de rainures annulaires (51, 51) et de surfaces circonférentielles coniques (52a, 53a). Lorsque le panneau intégré (1) et la vanne (2) sont assemblés, la partie saillante annulaire (11) et les rainures annulaires (51) s’ajustent ensemble et forment des parties d'étanchéité (S1), au niveau desquelles les surfaces circonférentielles coniques (12a, 13a, 52a, 53a) sont en contact étroit les unes avec les autres.
(JA)  増し締めを殆ど行わなくても良好なシール性が維持できるとともに、その組付け作業性も改善される集積パネルと流体デバイスとの接続構造を提供する。そのため、集積パネルとバルブ2とを環状ガスケットGを用いて単一の円管状流体通路3,7シール状態で連通接続するに、第1及び第2流体給排口部2Aに環状突起11とその内外のテーパ周面12a,13aとを形成し、ガスケットGには、一対の環状溝51,51とテーパ周面52a,53aとを有するフッ素樹脂製のものに構成し、集積パネル1とバルブ2とを引寄せることにより、環状突起11と環状溝51とが嵌合してテーパ周面12a,13a,52a,53aどうしが圧接して成るシール部S1が形成される接合状態が構成される。
