Abstract:
(EN) A method and reagent for measuring cholesterol in lipoprotein, comprising a polymer. Using a polymer comprising as constituents thereof polyethylene glycol segment (iv) having a group of the general formula: [1] (in the formula, k is an integer of 10 to 250), monomer unit (v) of the general formula: [2] (in the formula, R1 is a hydrogen atom or C1-C3 alkyl), and monomer unit (vi) of the general formula: [3] (in the formula, R2 is a hydrogen atom or C1-C3 alkyl, and R3 is a group represented by the general formula: [4] (in the formula, R4 is an alkyl, a haloalkyl or bornyl), alkyl, alkoxy, aralkyl or alkylcarbamoyl), there are provided a reagent and method for measuring cholesterol in lipoprotein as well as a novel polymer.
(FR) La présente invention décrit une méthode et un réactif pour la mesure du cholestérol dans les lipoprotéines, comprenant un polymère. En employant un polymère comprenant au titre de constituants un segment polyéthylène glycol (iv) comportant un groupement de formule générale : [1] (dans la formule, k est un entier compris entre 10 et 250), un motif monomère (v) de formule générale : [2] (dans la formule, R1 est un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupement alkyle en C1-C3), et un motif monomère (vi) de formule générale : [3] (dans la formule, R2 est un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupement alkyle en C1-C3 et R3 est un groupement de formule générale : [4] (dans la formule, R4 représente un groupement alkyle, halogénoalkyle ou bornyle), ou un groupement alkyle, alkoxy, arylalkyle ou alkylcarbamoyle), il est décrit un réactif et une méthode de mesure du cholestérol dans les lipoprotéines, de même qu'un nouveau polymère.
