Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a liquid crystalline organic semiconductor material which can be practically applicable as an organic semiconductor. A liquid crystalline organic semiconductor material which is a liquid crystalline composition having a smectic phase as a liquid crystalline phase, characterized in that the material has a distyryl benzene structure represented by the following general formula (1) and exhibits a solid state formed by the phase transition from a smectic phase when the material is heated to a temperature within the range where the material takes a smectic liquid crystalline state and subsequently is cooled. [Chemical formula 1] (1) wherein R1 and R2 may be the same as or different from each other and represent any of an alkyl group, an alkoxy group and a group represented by the following general formula (2): (2) where R3 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, and B represents -(CH2)m-, -(CH2)m-O-, -CO-O-(CH2)m, -CO-O-(CH2)m-O-, -C6H4-CH2-O-, or -CO-).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un matériau semi-conducteur organique cristallin liquide qui peut être applicable pratiquement comme semi-conducteur organique. Ce matériau semi-conducteur organique cristallin liquide est une composition cristalline liquide comportant une phase smectique comme phase cristalline liquide, caractérisée en ce que le matériau comporte une structure de distyryl-benzène représentée par la formule générale (1) suivante et présente un état solide formé par la phase de transition depuis une phase smectique lorsque le matériau est chauffé à une température située dans la plage où le matériau passe à l'état cristallin liquide smectique et est ensuite refroidi. [Formule chimique 1] (1), R1 et R2 pouvant être identiques ou différents l’un de l’autre et représentant n’importe quel élément sélectionné parmi un groupe alkyle, un groupe alkoxy et un groupe représenté par la formule générale (2) suivante : (2) où R3 représente un atome d’hydrogène ou un groupe méthyle, et B représente -(CH2)m-, -(CH2)m-O-, -CO-O-(CH2)m, -CO-O-(CH2)m-O-, -C6H4-CH2-O-, ou -CO-).
