Abstract:
(EN) A non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet that excels in surface properties, simultaneously having excellent mechanical properties and magnetic properties required for rotors of rotary machine revolving at high rate; and a process for producing the same. There is provided a non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet characterized in that it contains, by mass percentage, ≤ 0.06% C, ≤ 3.5% Si, 0.05 to 3.0% Mn, ≤ 2.5% Al, ≤ 0.30% P, ≤ 0.04% S, ≤ 0.02% N, an amount within given range of at least one element selected from the group consisting of Nb, Ti, Zr and V and the balance of Fe and impurities, and that the area ratio of recrystallized portion is < 90%.
(FR) L’invention concerne une feuille d’acier électromagnétique non orientée excellente en matière de propriétés superficielle, tout en ayant d’excellentes propriétés mécaniques et magnétiques requises pour les rotors d'une machine rotative tournant à grande vitesse ; et un procédé de fabrication de celle-ci. Elle divulgue une feuille d’acier électromagnétique non orientée caractérisée en ce qu’elle contient, en pourcentage de masse, ≤ 0,06 % de C, ≤ 3,5 % de Si, 0,05 à 3,0 % de Mn, ≤ 2,5 % d’Al, ≤ 0,30 % de P, ≤ 0,04 % de S, ≤ 0,02 % de N, une quantité dans une fourchette donnée d’au moins un élément sélectionné parmi le groupe consistant en Nb, Ti, Zr et V et le reste étant constitué de Fe et d'impuretés, et en ce que le rapport superficiel de portion recristallisée est < 90%.
(JA)  本発明は、表面性状に優れ、かつ高速回転する回転機の回転子として必要な優れた機械特性と磁気特性とを兼備する無方向性電磁鋼板およびその製造方法を提供することを主目的とする。  本発明は、質量%で、C:0.06%以下、Si:3.5%以下、Mn:0.05%以上3.0%以下、Al:2.5%以下、P:0.30%以下、S:0.04%以下、N:0.02%以下を含有し、Nb、Ti、ZrおよびVからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の元素を所定の範囲で含有し、残部がFeおよび不純物からなり、再結晶部分の面積比率が90%未満であることを特徴とする無方向性電磁鋼板を提供することにより、上記目的を達成する。
