Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to catalysts for the conversion of carbon monoxide, using the water gas shift reaction, comprising a substrate, a promoter and an active phase. According to the invention, the substrate comprises at least one oxide having high surface mobility, the promoter comprises at least one rare earth oxide selected from the lanthanide group and the active phase comprises at least one oxide of a group VIII transition metal. The invention also relates to a method of producing hydrogen from a current containing carbon monoxide and water and to the use thereof in the removal of carbon monoxide from a current originating from a reforming process. The invention further relates to the use of said catalysts in a fuel processor in order to obtain hydrogen to supply a high-, medium- or low-temperature fuel cell.
(ES) Catalizadores para Ia conversión de monóxido de carbono mediante Ia reacción de desplazamiento del gas de agua (water gas shift), que comprende un sustrato, un agente promotor y una fase activa; el sustrato es al menos un óxido de elevada movilidad superficial, el agente promotor es al menos un óxido de tierras raras seleccionado del grupo de los lantánidos, y Ia fase activa comprende al menos un óxido de un metal de transición del grupo VIII. La invención también se refiere a un método para Ia producción de hidrógeno a partir de una corriente que contiene monóxido de carbono y agua, a su utilización en Ia eliminación de monóxido de carbono de una corriente procedente de un proceso de reformado, y al empleo de estos catalizadores en un procesador de combustible para Ia obtención de hidrógeno para alimentar una pila de combustible de alta, media o baja temperatura.
(FR) L'invention se rapporte à des catalyseurs servant à convertir le monoxyde de carbone, par conversion catalytique, et qui comprennent un substrat, un activateur et une phase active ; le substrat selon l'invention comprend au moins un oxyde ayant une mobilité superficielle élevée, l'activateur comprend au moins un oxyde de terres rares sélectionné dans le groupe lanthanide et la phase active comprend au moins un oxyde d'un métal de transition du groupe VIII. L'invention concerne également un procédé de production d'hydrogène à partir d'un courant contenant du monoxyde de carbone et de l'eau, son utilisation pour éliminer le monoxyde de carbone d'un courant obtenu par un procédé de reformage. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation desdits catalyseurs dans un processeur de combustible pour obtenir de l'hydrogène afin d'alimenter une pile de combustible de température élevée, moyenne ou basse.
