Abstract:
(DE) Bei einem scannenden Antasten eines zu vermessenden Werkstücks (71) mit einem Koordinatenmeßgerät wird ein Tasterelement vor dem Scannen entlang einer Scanning-Bahn (73) entlang einer Vorlauf bahn (83) bewegt oder/und nach der Scanning-Bahn 73 entlang einer Nachlauf bahn (85) bewegt. Eine Länge (Lv,Ln) der Vorlauf bahn bzw. Nachlauf bahn wird in Abhängigkeit von Parametern einer konkreten Meßaufgabe gewählt, insbesondere in Abhängigkeit von einer vorbestimmten Scanning-Geschwindigkeit , einer Steifigkeit des Tasters oder einer Masse des Tasters.
(EN) The invention relates to a method for probing by scanning a work piece (71) to be measured. According to said method, a probe element is displaced along a preliminary track (83) prior to scanning along a scanning track (73) and/or is displaced along a follow-up track (85) after the scanning track (73). A length (Lv, Ln) of the preliminary track or follow-up track is selected subject to parameters of a concrete measuring task, especially subject to a predetermined scanning speed, a rigidity of the probe or a weight of the probe.
(FR) Lors du palpage à balayage d'une pièce (71) à mesurer à l'aide d'un appareil de mesure de coordonnées, un élément palpeur est déplacé, avant le balayage le long d'un trajet de balayage (73), le long d'un trajet d'accélération (83) et / ou, après le balayage le long du trajet de balayage (73), le long d'un trajet de décélération (85).
