Abstract:
(DE) Eine Lichtquelle, insbesondere Glühlampe, mit einem Kolben (2) und einem in dem Kolben (2) angeordneten beheizbaren Filament (1) ist im Hinblick auf eine Verlängerung der Lebensdauer der Lichtquelle und des Filaments (1) derart ausgestaltet und weitergebildet, dass das Filament (1) zumindest bereichsweise aus monokristallinem Filamentmaterial besteht. Des Weiteren ist ein Filament (1) für eine obige Lichtquelle angegeben. Schließlich ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines monokristallinen Metalldrahts, insbesondere eines Filaments (1) für eine Lichtquelle, angegeben, wobei ein metallischer Rohdraht als Ausgangsmaterial dient. Bei dem Vefahren wird der Rohdraht zumindest bereichsweise einer eine im Wesentlichen monokristalline Metallstruktur erzeugenden Zonenkristallisation unterzogen.
(EN) The invention relates to a light source, in particular, an incandescent lamp, which comprises a tube (2) and a filament (1) which can be heated and is arranged in the tube (2). The light source is embodied in such a manner that the operating life thereof and of the filament (1) is extended. As a result the filament (1 ) consists at least partially of monocrystalline filament material. The invention also relates to a filament (1) for the above-mentioned light source. The invention further relates to a method for producing a monocrystalline metal wire, in particular a filament (1) for a light source and a metal raw wire which is used as an initial material. According to said method, the raw wire is subjected, at least sectionally, to zone crystallisation which leads to the formation of an essentially monocrystalline metal structure.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une source de lumière, en particulier une lampe à incandescence, comprenant une ampoule (2) et un filament (1) qui peut être chauffé et est disposé dans l'ampoule (2). La source de lumière est conçue et améliorée pour permettre un prolongement de sa durée de vie et de celle du filament (1). Pour cela, le filament (1) consiste au moins dans certaines zones en un matériau monocristallin. L'invention a également pour objet un filament (1) destiné à une source de lumière telle que mentionnée ci-dessus. L'invention concerne pour finir un procédé pour réaliser un fil métallique monocristallin, en particulier un filament (1) destiné à une source de lumière, un fil métallique brut servant de matériau de départ. Dans le cadre du procédé, le fil brut est soumis au moins par zones à une monocristallisation par zones qui conduit à la formation d'une structure métallique sensiblement monocristalline.
