(EN) A rate control method comprises determining a target buffer fullness for each frame of a plurality of frames, obtaining a real buffer fullness for a previous frame of the plurality of frames; determining a target allocation for a current frame based on the real buffer fullness and target buffer fullness for the previous frame, wherein at least two frames of the plurality of frames have different target buffer fullness.
(FR) Procédé de commande de débit consistant à déterminer: l'état de remplissage d'un tampon pour chacune des séquences d'une pluralité de séquences; un état de remplissage réel pour une séquence antérieure de la pluralité de séquence, une attribution cible pour une séquence actuelle compte tenu de l'état de remplissage réel et de l'état de remplissage cible pour la séquence antérieure, deux séquences au moins de la pluralité de séquences présentant des taux de remplissage de tampon différents.
