Abstract:
(EN) A microfluidic circuit cartridge having 3-D hydrodynamic focusing. The cartridge may be fabricated with injection-molded or other molded layers providing a 3-D structure. A flow channel on the card may have a sample core flowing in a fluid of a flow channel for analysis. The sample core may be adjustable in position within the channel with one or more jets or channels of fluid being injected into the flow channel. The jets may also adjust the size of the sample core. There may be a hemoglobin measurement mechanism or card with a cuvette.
(FR) Cartouche à circuit microfluidique dotée d’une focalisation hydrodynamique dans 3 dimensions. La cartouche peut être constituée de couches moulées par injection ou par un autre procédé pour former une structure à 3 dimensions. Un canal d’écoulement sur une carte peut comporter un cœur d’échantillonnage recevant un fluide s’écoulant dans le canal en vue de son analyse. La position du cœur d’échantillonnage à l’intérieur du canal peut être réglée et un ou plusieurs jets de fluide peuvent être injectés dans le canal d’écoulement. Les jets peuvent également modifier la dimension du cœur d’échantillonnage. La cartouche peut également comprendre un mécanisme ou une carte de mesure de l’hémoglobine présentant une cuvette.
