Abstract:
(EN) Described herein are compounds and methods for modulating cellular response to oxygen. Specifically, provided herein is a IOP1 molecules that stimulate, accelerate, inhibit or abrogate cellular response to oxygen exposure. The present invention also provides molecules comprising siRNA for IOP1 and PHD2, or molecules comprising peptides of IOP1 or a fragment thereof, functioning in modulating cellular response to exposure to oxygen and methods utilizing same.
(FR) L'invention concerne des composés et des procédés qui permettent de moduler la réponse cellulaire à l'oxygène. En particulier, l'invention se rapporte à des molécules IOP1 qui stimulent, accélèrent, inhibent ou annulent la réponse cellulaire à une exposition à l'oxygène. L'invention porte également sur des molécules comprenant un ARNsi de IOP1 et PHD2, ou sur des molécules comprenant des peptides IOP1 ou un fragment de IOP1, qui servent à moduler la réponse cellulaire à une exposition à l'oxygène, et sur des procédés d'utilisation de ces dernières.
