Abstract:
(EN) A vehicle drive-train includes a drive-motor having an output shaft and a transmission having an input shaft, an output shaft, a plurality of discrete forward gear ratios and a corresponding plurality of synchronizers. Each of the synchronizers is configured to mechanically synchronize rotation of the drive-motor output shaft with the transmission output shaft according to a value of a selected gear ratio, during shifting of the transmission to the selected gear ratio. The output shaft of the drive-motor and the input shaft of the transmission are coupled together such that, during normal operation of the drive-train, rotation of the output shaft of the drive-motor results in a proportionate and uninterrupted rotation of the input shaft of the transmission.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un groupe motopropulseur pour véhicule qui comprend: un moteur d'entraînement comportant un arbre de sortie; et une transmission comportant un arbre d'entrée, un arbre de sortie, et une pluralité de rapports de vitesse avant distincts et une pluralité correspondante de synchroniseurs. Chacun des synchroniseurs est configuré pour synchroniser mécaniquement la rotation de l'arbre de sortie du moteur d'entraînement avec l'arbre de sortie de la transmission selon une valeur du rapport de vitesse choisi, pendant le passage de la transmission au rapport de vitesse choisi. L'arbre de sortie du moteur d'entraînement et l'arbre d'entrée de la transmission sont couplés entre eux de manière qu'au cours du fonctionnement normal du groupe motopropulseur, la rotation de l'arbre de sortie du moteur d'entraînement entraîne une rotation proportionnelle et ininterrompue de l'arbre d'entrée de la transmission.
