(EN)A highly effective liquid-liquid extraction process to remove nitrogen compounds and especially basic nitrogen compounds from aromatic light petroleum oils with excellent recovery employs de-ionized water, which can be acidified, as the extractive solvent. The product is an aromatic hydrocarbon with ultra-low amounts of nitrogen poisons that can deactivate acidic catalysts.The extracted oils are suitable feedstock for the subsequent catalytic processes that are promoted with the high performance solid catalysts, which are extremely sensitive to nitrogen poison.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé d'extraction liquide-liquide hautement efficace qui permet d'éliminer des composés azotés et en particulier des composés azotés basiques d'huiles de pétrole légères aromatiques, à haut rendement, et dans lequel de l'eau désionisée, qui peut être acidifiée, est utilisée en tant que solvant d'extraction. Le produit obtenu est un hydrocarbure aromatique à très faibles quantités d'agents nuisibles azotés qui peuvent désactiver les catalyseurs acides. Les huiles extraites s'avèrent être des charges appropriées pour des procédés catalytiques favorisés par des catalyseurs solides haute performance extrêmement sensibles à une contamination par des agents nuisibles azotés.
