Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a position measuring system and method using a Wireless Broadband (WiBro) signal. The position measuring system measures the position of a terminal using relative delay information that is a parameter of the WiBro signal, used for a hand-over. Since the position of a terminal is measured using a parameter for a hand-over, additional data measurement is not required for the position measurement. Furthermore, efficiency in the use of a parameter of a WiBro system can be improved by using a parameter used only in the hand-over for position measurement.
(FR) L’invention concerne un système de mesure de position et un procédé utilisant un signal à bande large sans fil (WiBro). Le système de mesure de position mesure la position d'un terminal à l'aide d'informations de retard relatif qui est un paramètre du signal WiBro, utilisé pour un transfert intercellulaire. Étant donné que la position d'un terminal est mesurée à l'aide d'un paramètre pour un transfert intercellulaire, une mesure de données additionnelle n'est pas nécessaire pour la mesure de position. En outre, l'efficacité d’utilisation d'un paramètre d'un système WiBro peut être améliorée par l'utilisation d'un paramètre utilisé seulement dans le transfert intercellulaire pour une mesure de position.
