Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a cooling device coated with carbon nanotubes and method of manufacturing the same. Carbon nanotubes are dispersively coated on a surface of the cooling device that radiates generated by a predetermined apparatus or component through thermal exchange. Thus, a carbon nanotube structure is formed so that the cooling device can improve in a thermal radiation characteristic and become small-sized. As a result, electronic devices can be downscaled and heat generated by a highly integrated electronic circuit chip can be effectively radiated, thus increasing lifetime and performance of an operating circuit.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de refroidissement revêtu de nanotubes de carbone et son procédé de fabrication. Les nanotubes de carbone sont disposés de façon dispersée sur une surface du dispositif de refroidissement qui émet des radiations générées par un appareil ou un composant prédéterminé par échange thermique. Ainsi une structure de nanotubes de carbone est formée de sorte que les caractéristiques de radiation thermique du dispositif de refroidissement soient améliorées, ce qui permet de diminuer la taille. Par conséquent, les dispositifs électroniques peuvent devenir plus petits et la chaleur générée par une puce de circuit électronique à haute intégration peut être efficacement diffusée, augmentant ainsi la durée de vie et les performances d'un circuit en fonctionnement.
