Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to an anode for lithium secondary battery comprising vapor grown carbon fiber uniformly dispersed without forming an agglomerate of 10 µm or larger in an anode active material using natural graphite or artificial graphite, which anode is excellent in long cycle life and large current characteristics. Composition used for production for the anode can be produced, for example, by mixing a thickening agent solution containing an anode active material, a thickening agent aqueous solution and styrene butadiene rubber as binder with a composition containing carbon fiber dispersed in a thickening agent with a predetermined viscosity or by mixing an anode active material with vapor grown carbon fiber in dry state and then adding polyvinylidene difluoride thereto.
(FR) L'invention concerne une anode pour une pile secondaire au lithium, cette anode comprenant des fibres de carbone étirées à la vapeur et dispersées uniformément sans formation d'agglomérat égale ou supérieure à 10 µm or dans un matériau actif d'anode utilisant du graphite naturel ou du graphite artificiel. Cette anode présente une excellente durée de vie et d'importantes caractéristiques électriques. Pour produire la composition utilisée dans la production de l'anode, par exemple, on mélange une solution d'agents épaississants contenant un matériau actif d'anode, une solution aqueuse d'agents épaississants et un caoutchouc de styrène butadiène servant de liant avec une composition contenant des fibres de carbone dispersées dans un agent épaississant ayant une viscosité prédéterminée, ou en mélangeant un matériau actif d'anode avec des fibres de carbone étirées à la vapeur à l'état sec et en ajoutant ensuite un difluorure de polyvinylidène.
