Abstract:
(EN) A steel for mechanical structure with an excellent balance of strength, elongation and toughness surpassing that of maraging steel; and an application product thereof. There is provided a steel for mechanical structure excelling in strength, ductility and toughness characterized in that its component formulation is composed of, by mass percentage, more than 0.30 to 0.5% C, 1.0% or less Si, 1.5% or less Mn, 0.025% or less Al, 0.3 to 0.5% Mo, 0.0005 to 0.01% B and the balance Fe and unavoidable impurities, and that the structure thereof at a volume ratio of 90% or greater consists of martensite structure whose constituent blocks are 1.5 μm or less in size, and that the ratio of solid solution B is 0.0005% or greater and is present on old austenite grain boundaries in an amount of at least 1.5 times that within old austenite grains.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un acier pour structure mécanique présentant un équilibre excellent en matière de résistance, allongement et ténacité, supérieur à celui d’un acier vieilli thermiquement et son produit d’application. La présente invention concerne un acier pour structure mécanique excellent en matière de résistance, ductilité et ténacité caractérisé en ce que sa formule de composition est constituée, en pourcentage en masse, de plus de 0,30 à 0,5 % de C, de 1,0 % au maximum de Si, de 1,5 % au maximum de Mn, de 0,025 % au maximum de Al, de 0,3 à 0,5 % de Mo, de 0,0005 à 0,0 1% de B et le reste est constitué de Fe et d’impuretés inévitables, en ce que sa structure, à un rapport de volume de 90 % ou plus, est constituée d’une structure de martensite dont les blocs constituants mesurent 1,5 µm au maximum et en ce que le rapport de la solution solide B est de 0,0005 % ou plus et est présent sur d’anciens joints de grains d’austénite dans une quantité égale à au moins 1,5 fois celle comprise dans d’anciens grains d’austénite.
(JA) マルエージ鋼を凌駕する強度、伸び、靱性バランスに優れた機械構造用鋼およびその応用製品を提供する。鋼の成分組成が、質量%で、C:0.30超~0.5%、Si:1.0%以下、Mn:1.5%以下、Al:0.025%以下、Mo:0.3~0.5%、B:0.0005~0.01%で、残部がFeおよび不可避的不純物からなり、かつ、組織が体積率で90%以上のマルテンサイト組織で、該マルテンサイト組織を構成するブロックの大きさが1.5μm以下であり、さらに、固溶Bが0.0005%以上で該固溶Bが旧オーステナイト粒界上に旧オーステナイト粒内の1.5倍以上存在することを特徴とする強度、延性、靭性に優れた機械構造用鋼。
