Abstract:
(EN) A process for catalyst production in which a dried material and a burned product obtained in the course of catalyst production have stable material properties and which attains excellent reproducibility with reduced fluctuations in catalytic activity and/or selectivity for a target reaction product. The process for catalyst production is a process for producing a catalyst comprising molybdenum, bismuth, and iron using a catalyst production apparatus, and is characterized in that that surface of at least one device in the apparatus which has a solid matter adherent thereto is cleaned with a basic solution and the apparatus thus cleaned is then used to produce the catalyst.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un catalyseur, selon lequel un matériau sec et un produit brûlé, obtenus au cours de la fabrication du catalyseur, présentent des propriétés stables, qui permet d'obtenir une excellente reproductibilité, les fluctuations de l'activité catalytique et/ou de la sélectivité vis à vis d'un produit de réaction ciblé étant réduites. Ce procédé permet de produire un catalyseur comprenant du molybdène, du bismuth, et du fer, en utilisant un appareil de fabrication de catalyseurs, et est caractérisé en ce que la surface d'au moins un dispositif de l'appareil, auquel adhère une matière solide, est nettoyée avec une solution basique, et en ce que l'appareil ainsi nettoyé est utilisé pour la fabrication du catalyseur.
(JA)  本発明は、触媒の製造過程における乾燥物や焼成物の物性が安定しており、触媒活性および/または目的生成物の選択性の変化が少ない再現性に優れた触媒の製造方法を提供することを目的とする。本発明は、モリブデン、ビスマスおよび鉄を含む触媒の製造方法であって、触媒製造用装置が具備する少なくとも1つの機器の固形物が付着した表面を塩基性溶液で洗浄した後、当該洗浄した触媒製造用装置で触媒を製造することを特徴とする触媒の製造方法である。
