Abstract:
(EN) A pressure container where liners (1) each composed of a body (4) and end plates that close both ends of the body (4) are arranged side by side, and adjacent liners (1) are integrally connected to each other via a connection member (2) provided between them. The insides of the integrally connected liners (1) are communicated with each other by communication paths (3) formed in the liners (1) and the communication member (2). The connection member (2) is constructed by butting and joining the forward ends of two connection member forming projections (16) provided at the adjacent liners (1). To form the communication paths (3), a through-hole (17) is formed in a liner (1) such that the hole (17) runs from the inner surface of the liner (1) to the forward end of the connection member forming projection (16), and the through-holes (17) of the adjacent liners (1) are communicated with each other. The pressure container can be installed in place without producing a wasted space, the capacity of the container can be increased, material costs of the container is low, and the container can be lightened in weight.
(FR) L’invention concerne un réceptacle sous pression comportant des chemises (1) disposées côte-à-côte composées chacune d’un corps (4) et de plaques d’extrémité obturant les deux extrémités du corps (4), des chemises (1) adjacentes étant solidarisées par un élément de raccord (2) monté entre elles. Les parties intérieures des chemises solidarisées (1) sont mises en communication par des chemins de communication (3) formés dans les chemises (1) et l’élément de raccord (2). L’élément de raccord (2) est formé par aboutement et jonction des extrémités avant de deux protubérances (16) formant l’élément de raccord, formées au niveau des chemises adjacentes (1). Les chemins de communication (3) sont formés en pratiquant un trou traversant (17) dans une chemise (1) de façon à ce que ce trou (17) se prolonge de la surface intérieure de la chemise (1) jusqu’à l’extrémité avant de la protubérance (16) formant l’élément de raccord. Les trous traversants (17) des chemises adjacentes (1) sont mis en communication. Le réceptacle sous pression peut être installé sans gaspiller d’espace, sa capacité peut être accrue, son poids peut être réduit, et les coûts en matériaux associés sont faibles.
(JA)  圧力容器は、胴4と胴4の両端開口を閉鎖する鏡板5とよりなるライナ1を複数並べ、隣り合う2つのライナ1どうしを、両者間に設けられた連結部材2を介して連結一体化したものである。連結一体化したライナ1の内部どうしを、ライナ1および連結部材2に形成された連通路3を介して通じさせる。連結部材2を、隣り合う2つのライナ1にそれぞれ設けた連結部材形成用突起16の先端どうしを当接させた状態で接合することにより形成する。隣り合う2つのライナ1に、その内面から連結部材形成用突起16の先端に至る貫通穴17を形成し、両ライナ1の貫通穴17どうしを通じさせることにより連通路3を形成する。この圧力容器によれば、無駄なスペースを生じさせることなく設置することができるとともに、大容量化を図ることができ、しかも材料コストが安価でかつ軽量化を図りうる。
