(JA) 超音波伝搬方法並びにこれを用いた超音波伝搬装置及び超音波試験装置
Abstract:
(EN) An ultrasonic wave propagating method capable of propagating plate waves between a probe and a test piece despite variations in the thickness or the surface angle of a test piece, and an ultrasonic propagating device and an ultrasonic testing device using this method. Ultrasonic waves are propagated between a probe (20) for transmitting or receiving ultrasonic waves and a test piece (100) for propagating plate waves. When propagating ultrasonic waves, a probe that can set an ultrasonic wave incident angle from the probe (20) to the test piece (100) and/or an ultrasonic wave receivable angle from the test piece to the probe in a plurality of states is used. A focal point type probe may be used as the above probe (20). When this type of a probe is used, it is oriented such that an oscillating direction axis L1 in the direction of which a reference axis along the propagation route of ultrasonic waves is oscillated around the focal point of the probe crosses the propagation element surface L2 including the test piece surface of a ultrasonic wave propagation element.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de propagation d’ondes ultrasoniques permettant de propager des ondes de Lamb entre une sonde et une éprouvette en dépit de variations dans l’épaisseur ou l’angle de surface de l’éprouvette, ainsi qu’un dispositif de propagation et un dispositif d’essai par ultrasons utilisant ce procédé. Des ondes ultrasoniques sont propagées entre une sonde (20) qui en émet ou en reçoit et une éprouvette (100) qui propagent des ondes de Lamb. Pour la propagation d’ondes ultrasoniques, on utilise une sonde permettant de régler un angle d’incidence des ondes entre la sonde (20) et l’éprouvette (100) et/ou un angle de réception des ondes entre l’éprouvette et la sonde dans une pluralité d’états. Ladite sonde (20) peut être de type foyer. En cas d’emploi d’une sonde de ce type, elle est orientée de sorte qu’un axe de sens d’oscillation L1, dans la direction duquel un axe de référence le long du trajet de propagation des ondes ultrasoniques oscille par rapport au foyer de la sonde, croise la surface d’élément de propagation L2 comprenant la surface éprouvette d’un élément de propagation d’ondes ultrasoniques.
(JA)  験体の厚みや表面の角度が変動しても探触子と試験体との間に板波を伝搬させることの可能な超音波伝搬方法並びにこれを用いた超音波伝搬装置及び超音波試験装置を提供すること。  超音波の送信又は受信を行う探触子20と板波を伝搬する試験体100との間で超音波を伝搬させる。超音波の前記伝搬時に、探触子20から試験体100への超音波の入射角又は/及び試験体から探触子への超音波の受信可能角が複数状態をとりうる探触子を用いる。前記探触子20として焦点型探触子を用いても良い。この場合、超音波の伝搬経路に沿った基準軸を前記探触子の焦点を中心に揺動させる方向である揺動方向軸L1を超音波伝搬部の試験体表面を含む伝搬部表面L2と交差させるように前記探触子を配向する。
