(EN)Disclosed is an organic electroluminescent device (1) comprising an anode (10), a cathode (30), and a light-emitting layer (20) arranged between the anode (10) and the cathode (30) and composed of an anode-side region (22), an inner region (24) and a cathode-side region (26). The regions (22, 24, 26) respectively contain a host compound composed of an organic material and a dopant composed of a metal complex of a heavy metal and having luminescence of triplet contribution. The dopant concentration of the inner region (24) is higher than the dopant concentrations of the anode-side region (22) and the cathode-side region (26).
(FR)La présente invention concerne un dispositif électroluminescent organique (1) comprenant une anode (10), une cathode (30) et une couche émettant de la lumière (20) disposée entre l’anode (10) et la cathode (30) et composée d'une région du côté de l'anode (22), d'une région interne (24) et d'une région du côté de la cathode (26). Les régions (22, 24, 26) contiennent respectivement un composé hôte composé d’un matériau organique et un dopant composé d'un complexe métallique d'un métal lourd et ayant une luminescence de contribution triplet.
