Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a method for manufacturing a capacitor by which fluctuation (variance) and an average of ESR (equivalent series resistance) of a capacitor element, specially of a capacitor element for a solid electrolytic capacitor, can be improved, and a capacitor, which is obtained by such method and has stably reduced ESR (equivalent series resistance). The method is characterized in that the capacitor element is coated with a conductive paste in multiple steps, including a step of dipping only an element leading edge in a conductive paste bath and a step of dipping the entire region to be coated in the conductive paste bath.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’un condensateur pour lequel la fluctuation (variance) et une moyenne de l’ESR (résistance en série équivalente) d’un élément de condensateur, spécialement d'un élément de condensateur pour un condensateur à électrolyte solide, peuvent être améliorées, et un condensateur qui est obtenu par un tel procédé et présente une ESR (résistance en série équivalente) stablement réduite. Le procédé est caractérisé en ce que l'élément de condensateur est revêtu d'une pâte conductrice par étapes multiples, comprenant une étape de trempage uniquement d'un bord d’attaque d’un élément dans un bain de pâte conductrice et une étape de trempage d’une zone entière à revêtir dans le bain de pâte conductrice.
(JA)  本発明は、コンデンサ素子、特に固体電解コンデンサ用のコンデンサ素子のESR(等価直列抵抗)のバラツキ(分散)及び平均値の改善を可能にするコンデンサの製造方法及びこれにより得られるESR(等価直列抵抗)が安定して低減されたコンデンサの提供を目的としたもので、コンデンサ素子の導電ペーストによる被覆を、素子先端のみを導電ペースト槽に浸漬する工程と被覆しようとする領域全体を導電ペースト槽に浸漬する工程を含む多段階で行なうことを特徴とする。
