Abstract:
(EN) A gas sensor element (1) is provided with a solid electrolyte body (11), insulators (15, 141, 142, 197, 161, 162, 163, 164, 165) and a pair of electrodes (121, 131) formed to sandwich the solid electrolyte body (11). The gas sensor element (1) satisfies the following requirement (a) and/or requirement (b); (a) the solid electrolyte body (11) is composed of an ion conducting composite material wherein a specific quantity of nanoparticles having a specific particle diameter are diffused in ion conducting ceramics, and (b) the insulators (15, 141, 197, 161, 162, 163, 164, 165) are composed of an insulating composite material wherein a specific quantity of nanoparticles having a specific particle diameter are diffused in insulating ceramics. A method for manufacturing the gas sensor element, wherein a particle diameter and a diffusion quantity of nanoparticles diffused in the solid electrolyte body (11) and/or the insulating ceramics (11) are controlled, is also provided.
(FR) L’invention concerne un élément capteur de gaz (1) pourvu d’un corps électrolytique solide (11), d’isolants (15, 141, 142, 197, 161, 162, 163, 164, 165) et d’une paire d’électrodes (121, 131) formées pour prendre en sandwich le corps électrolytique solide (11). L’élément capteur de gaz (1) satisfait à l’exigence (a) et/ou à l’exigence (b) suivantes ; (a) le corps électrolytique solide (11) est composé d’un matériau composite conducteur ionique dans lequel on diffuse une quantité spécifique de nanoparticules d’un diamètre particulaire spécifique dans des céramiques conductrices ioniques, et (b) les isolants (15, 141, 197, 161, 162, 163, 164, 165) se composent d’un matériau composite isolant dans lequel on diffuse une quantité spécifique de nanoparticules d’un diamètre particulaire spécifique dans des céramiques isolantes. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication de l’élément capteur de gaz, dans lequel on contrôle un diamètre particulaire et une quantité de diffusion de nanoparticules diffusées dans le corps électrolytique solide (11) et/ou les céramiques isolantes (11).
(JA)  固体電解質体11と、絶縁体15、141、142、197、161、162、163、164、165と、固体電解質体11を挟むように形成された一対の電極121、131とを備えるガスセンサ素子1である。ガスセンサ素子1は、次の要件(a)及び/又は(b)を満足する。(a)固体電解質体11は、イオン伝導性セラミックスに特定粒径のナノ粒子が特定量分散されたイオン伝導性複合材料からなること。(b)絶縁体15、141、197、161、162、163、164、165は絶縁セラミックスに特定粒径のナノ粒子が特定量分散された絶縁複合材料からなること。また、固体電解質体11及び/又は絶縁セラミックス11に分散させるナノ粒子の粒径及び分散量を制御したガスセンサ素子の製造方法である。
