(JA) 転がり案内装置及びその製造方法
Abstract:
(EN) A rolling guide device easily manufacturable at low cost by reducing the number of parts forming a slide member (2) and reducing man-hours for machining the slide member. The rolling guide device comprises a track rail (1) and the slide member (2) installed on the track rail (1) through a large number of balls (3). The slide member (2) is formed in a channel shape by bending a metal plate member (5) so as to have a lateral web (20) and a pair of flange parts (21). A track groove (30) for circulating the balls (3) therein is formed in each of the flange parts (21). The track groove (30) comprises a load straight groove (31) in which the balls (3) roll while carrying a load, a pair of ball deflecting grooves (34) changing the direction of the balls (3) rollingly moved in the load straight groove (31) while removing the load from the balls, and a no-load straight groove (34) feeding the balls (3) from one ball deflecting groove (34) to the other ball deflecting groove.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de guidage roulant pouvant être fabriqué facilement à faible coût en réduisant le nombre de pièces formant un élément coulissant (2) ainsi que le nombre d’heures de main d’œuvre destinées à usiner l’élément coulissant. Le dispositif de guidage roulant comprend un rail (1) et l’élément coulissant (2) installé sur le rail (1) par l’intermédiaire d’un grand nombre de billes (3). L’élément coulissant (2) est en forme de canal par flexion d’un élément de plaque métallique (5) de façon à avoir une bande latérale (20) et une paire de parties de bride (21). Un sillon de rail (30) permettant aux billes (3) de circuler dans celui-ci est formé dans chacune des parties de bride (21). Le sillon de rail (30) comprend un sillon droit de charge (31) dans lequel les billes (3) roulent tout en portant une charge, une paire de rainures de déviation de billes (34) modifiant la direction des billes (3) déplacées par roulement dans le sillon droit de charge (31) tout en enlevant la charge des billes, et un sillon droit sans charge (34) amenant les billes (3) depuis un sillon de déviation des billes (34) vers l’autre sillon de déviation des billes.
(JA)  スライド部材(2)を構成する際の部品点数を減らすと共にその加工工数を低減化することにより、簡便に且つ安価に製造することが可能な転がり案内装置であり、軌道レール(1)と、多数のボール(3)を介して軌道レール(1)に組み付けられるスライド部材(2)とからなり、スライド部材(2)は金属プレート部材(5)を折り曲げて成形され、横ウェブ(20)と一対のフランジ部(21)を有してチャネル状に形成されており、各フランジ部(21)にはボール(3)の循環するトラック溝(30)が形成され、トラック溝(30)は、ボール(3)が荷重を負荷しながら転走する負荷直線溝(31)と、この負荷直線溝(31)を転走してきたボール(3)荷重から解放しながら方向転換させる一対のボール偏向溝(34)と、一方のボール偏向溝(34)から他方のそれへボール(3)を移送する無負荷直線溝(34)とから構成されている。
