Abstract:
(EN) The invention provides a method for chemical conversion treatment by which a chemical conversion layer attaining satisfactory substrate-covering properties, adhesion to coating and corrosion resistance can be formed on any metal structure surface. A method for chemical conversion treatment by treating a metal structure with an agent for chemical conversion treatment, wherein the agent contains zirconium, fluorine, an amino -containing alkoxysilane, and a hydroxyl-containing alkoxysilane with the contents of zirconium and the amino-containing alkoxysilane being 100 to 700ppm in terms of metal and 50 to 500ppm in terms of solid matter respectively at a fluorine/zirconium molar ratio of 3.5 to 7.0 and has a pH of 2.8 to 4.5.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement par conversion chimique grâce auquel une couche de conversion chimique possédant des propriétés satisfaisantes de couverture du substrat, d'adhérence au revêtement et de résistance à la corrosion peut être formée sur la surface de n'importe quelle structure métallique. Le procédé de traitement par conversion chimique comprend le traitement d'une structure métallique par un agent qui contient du zirconium, du fluor, un alcoxysilane contenant un amino et un alcoxysilane contenant un hydroxyle, les teneurs en zirconium et en alcoxysilane contenant un amino étant respectivement de 100 à 700 ppm en termes de métal et de 50 à 500 ppm en termes de matière solide, à un rapport molaire fluor/zirconium de 3,5 à 7,0 et à un pH de 2,8 à 4,5.
(JA)  いずれの金属構造物表面上においても、十分な素地隠蔽性、塗膜密着性、及び耐食性を得ることができる化成処理皮膜を形成できる化成処理方法を提供する。  金属構造物を化成処理剤で処理して化成皮膜を形成する化成処理方法であって、前記化成処理剤を、ジルコニウムと、フッ素と、アミノ基を含有するアルコキシシランと、水酸基を含有するアルコキシシランと、を含むものとし、前記ジルコニウムの含有量を金属換算で100ppm以上700ppm以下とし、前記アミノ基含有アルコキシシランの含有量を固形分濃度で50ppm以上500ppm以下とし、前記ジルコニウムに対する前記フッ素のモル比を3.5以上7.0以下とし、pHを2.8以上4.5以下とした。
