Abstract:
(EN) A compressor capable of avoiding the instability of the control of a pressure in a crankcase by feeding a working fluid with a low oil mixing ratio to a pressure control valve to reduce the adhesion of oil to the valve body of the pressure control valve. When an air supply passage (44) supplying the working fluid to the pressure control valve (34) is formed in a rear housing (5), the air introducing port (45) of the air supply passage (44) is opened to the downstream side of the oil separating tube (39) of an oil separator (36). Since the working fluid from which the oil is separated and removed from the oil separator (36) is returned to the crankcase (8) through an air supply passage (46) after being fed from the air introducing port (45) to the pressure control valve (34) through the air supply passage (44), the possibility of the adhesion of the oil mixed in the working fluid to the pressure control valve (34) can be reduced.
(FR) L’invention concerne un compresseur permettant d’assurer une régulation stable de la pression dans un carter par introduction d’un fluide de travail à faible taux de mélange d’huile dans une soupape de régulation de pression dans le but de réduire l’adhérence de l’huile sur le corps de la soupape de régulation de pression. Lorsqu’un passage d’amenée d’air (44) amenant le fluide de travail à la soupape de régulation de pression (34) est ménagé dans un boîtier arrière (5), l’orifice d’introduction d’air (45) du passage d’amenée d’air (44) est ouvert en aval du tube séparateur d’huile (39) d’un séparateur d’huile (36). Puisque le fluide de travail duquel l’huile est séparée et éliminée du séparateur d’huile (36) est renvoyé au carter (8) par un passage d’amenée d’air (46) après avoir être amené, par le passage d’amenée d’air (44), de l’orifice d’introduction d’air (45) à la soupape de régulation de pression (34), le risque d’adhérence de l’huile mélangée au fluide de travail sur la soupape de régulation de pression (34) s’en trouve réduit.
(JA)  オイルの混入率の低い作動流体を圧力制御弁に送ることで、圧力制御弁の弁本体へのオイルの付着を減少させ、クランク室内の圧力制御の不安定化を回避することを目的とする。圧力制御弁34に作動流体を供給する給気通路44がリヤハウジング5に設けられている場合には、この給気通路44の給気導入口45を、オイル分離器36のオイル分離筒39の下流側に開口したものとする。これにより、オイル分離器36でオイルが分離除去された作動流体は、給気導入口45から給気通路44を通って圧力制御弁34に送られた後、給気通路46を介してクランク室8に戻されることとなり、圧力制御弁34に対し、作動流体に混在したオイルが付着する可能性が低減される。
