Abstract:
(EN) This invention provides an optical disk comprising a Cu alloy recording layer and having a structure comprising a recording layer held between protective layers of ZnS-SiO2, characterized in that the recording layer comprises 1 to 20 at% in total of one or more components selected from Zn, Mn, Ga, Ti, and Ta with the balance consisting of Cu and unavoidable impurities, and a sputtering target for a Cu alloy recording layer. The optical disk and sputtering target for a Cu alloy recording layer, particularly when ZnS-SiO2 is used as a protective layer, can prevent or suppress the sulfidization of the Cu recording layer caused by the diffusion of S from the protective layer to provide an optical recording medium free from recording bit errors.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un disque optique comprenant une couche d’enregistrement en alliage de Cu et présentant une structure comprenant une couche d’enregistrement maintenue entre des couches protectrices de ZnS-SiO2. L’invention est caractérisée en ce que la couche d’enregistrement comprend de 1 à 20 % at au total d’un ou de plusieurs composants sélectionnés parmi Zn, Mn, Ga, Ti et Ta, le reste étant Cu et des impuretés inévitables, et une cible de pulvérisation cathodique pour une couche d’enregistrement en alliage de Cu. Le disque optique et la cible de pulvérisation cathodique pour une couche d’enregistrement en alliage de Cu, en particulier lorsque ZnS-SiO2 est utilisé comme couche protectrice, peuvent empêcher ou supprimer la sulfurisation de la couche d’enregistrement en Cu entraînée par la diffusion de S à partir de la couche protectrice afin de donner un support d’enregistrement optique dépourvu d’erreurs sur les bits d’enregistrement.
(JA)  記録層がZnS-SiO2の保護層で挟まれる構造の光ディスクにおいて、該記録層がZn, Mn, Ga, Ti, Taから選択した1成分以上を総量で1~20at%含有し残部がCu及び不可避的不純物からなることを特徴とするCu合金記録層を備えた光ディスク。光ディスク及びCu合金記録層用スパッタリングターゲットに関し、特に保護層としてZnS-SiO2が使用される場合において、保護層からのSの拡散によるCu記録層の硫化を防止又は抑制し、記録ビットのエラー発生のない光記録媒体を得ることができる光ディスク及びCu合金記録層用スパッタリングターゲットを提供する。
