Abstract:
(EN) This invention provides a process for efficiently producing a biaxially oriented polyamide resin laminated film roll that can realize bag making by lamination with high efficiency at high yield even under high humidity conditions. The production process of a film roll comprises a melt extrusion-cooling step of melt extruding a polyamide resin onto the surface of a movable cooling material into a sheet form and cooling the extrudate to form an unstretched sheet, a biaxially stretching step of biaxially stretching the unstretched sheet in longitudinal and transverse directions, and a winding step of winding the biaxially stretched film into a roll form. In the melt extrusion-cooling step, in melt extrusion-cooling of the polyamide resin on the movable cooling material surface, corona discharge in a streamer corona state is carried out between an electrode, to which a direct current high voltage has been applied, and the polyamide resin laminated sheet in a melted state to impart, to the polyamide resin laminated sheet in a melted state, charges sufficient for adhesion to the movable cooling material surface.
(FR) La présente invention fournit un procédé de production efficace d’un rouleau de film stratifié de résine de polyamide orienté de manière biaxiale qui peut permettre de fabriquer des sacs par stratification de manière très efficace avec un rendement élevé et cela même dans des conditions d’humidité élevée. Le procédé de production d'un rouleau de film comprend une étape d’extrusion à l’état fondu avec refroidissement consistant à extruder à l’état fondu une résine de polyamide sur la surface d'un matériau de refroidissement amovible sous la forme d’une feuille et à refroidir l'extrudat de façon à former une feuille non-étirée, une étape d’étirement biaxiale consistant à étirer de manière biaxiale la feuille non-étirée dans les directions longitudinale et transversale, et une étape d'enroulement consistant à enrouler le film étiré de manière biaxiale sous une forme de rouleau. Dans l'étape d’extrusion à l’état fondu avec refroidissement, lors de l’extrusion à l’état fondu avec refroidissement de la résine de polyamide sur la surface du matériau de refroidissement amovible, une décharge corona sous la forme d’un bandeau est effectuée entre une électrode, à laquelle une haute tension de courant continu a été appliquée, et la feuille stratifiée de résine de polyamide à l’état fondu de façon à fournir, à la feuille stratifiée de résine de polyamide à l’état fondu, des charges suffisantes pour une adhérence à la surface du matériau de refroidissement amovible.
