Abstract:
(EN) An acoustic micro boring device for boring a micro bore in the surface of an individual without using a large scale device while suppressing destructive action in close proximity of the periphery of the hole. In the acoustic micro boring device for boring a micro bore in the surface of a film or a solid in the water with acoustic energy, plus and minus voltage difference in the waveform of an acoustic oscillation drive signal has an asymmetric and acute peak waveform, and an electrically insulating, acoustic wave transmitting coating or protective agent having a thickness of 10 micron or above is provided on the surface of an acoustic wave oscillating section.
(FR) Appareil de micro-alésage acoustique servant à la réalisation de micro-alésages dans la surface d’un élément, sans utiliser d’appareil de grand format, tout en éliminant l’action destructive dans la périphérie immédiate du trou. Lors de la réalisation d’un micro-alésage à l’aide de cet appareil, à la surface d’un film ou d’un solide, dans l’eau, à l’aide d’une énergie acoustique, la différence de tension positive-négative au niveau de la forme d’onde d’un signal de commande de vibration acoustique a une forme d’onde asymétrique et avec des pics aigus. Est utilisé un revêtement ou agent protecteur diélectrique qui transmet les ondes acoustiques et d’une épaisseur de 10 microns ou plus, à la surface d’une section de vibration d’ondes acoustiques.
