Abstract:
(EN) The invention pertains to a method for comminuting a polymeric shaped article to particles having an average particle size smaller than 6 mm by using a grinding apparatus, characterized in that the shaped article prior to grinding is subjected to a milling step in a milling apparatus to substantially fully convert the shaped article into chips, after which the chips are fed into the grinding apparatus for further comminuting giving at least 25 wt.% less particles having a size less than 1 mm than obtained by the grinding step only.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de comminution d'un article polymère façonné en particules dont la taille moyenne est inférieure à 6 mm à l'aide d'un appareil de broyage. Le procédé est caractérisé en ce que l'article façonné est soumis avant broyage, à une étape de fragmentation dans un appareil de fragmentation afin de réduire sensiblement complètement l'article façonné en copeaux, lesdits copeaux étant ensuite introduits dans l'appareil de broyage où ils font l'objet d'une comminution plus poussée, de façon à réduire d'au moins 25 % en poids la proportion de particules dont la taille est inférieure à 1 mm comparativement à celle obtenue uniquement après l'étape de broyage.
