Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Reduktion und zur Zerflüssigung von präparierten metallhaltigen Erzen sowie metallhaltiger Reststoffe, zusammenfassend als Gut (8) bezeichnet. Das Gut (8) wird dabei durch Schwerkraft und/oder durch ein elektro-magnetisches Wanderfeld durch einen Körper (11) bewegt, wobei es durch ein durch eine Spulenanordnung (2) erzeugtes Magnetfeld in schwebender Position gehalten wird. Durch die Spulenanordnung (2) wird außerdem ein Wirbelstromfeld erzeugt, um eine für die Reduktion bzw. für die Verflüssigung notwendige Temperatur im Inneren des Körpers (11) zu erzeugen. Da das Gut (8) im Körper (11) schwebt, besteht kein Kontakt zwischen Gut (8) und der Körperinnenwand (10), weshalb es nicht erforderlich ist, dass der Körper (11) hochfeuerfestes Material aufweist. Erfindungsgemäß wird eine metallurgische Vorrichtung (1) bereitgestellt, die mit geringeren Kosten hergestellt werden kann und die zuverlässiger und mit geringerer Prozesszeit arbeitet, als bei Anwendung herkömmlicher Technologien bekannt.
(EN) The invention concerns a method for reducing and liquefying metallic ores, and metallic residues, called product (8). The product (8) is moved through a body (11) by gravity and/or under the effect of a field of gradual electromagnetic waves, and maintained levitated under the effect of a magnetic field produced by a system of coils (2). The system of coils (2) further produces a field of eddy currents so as to provide the temperature required for reducing and/or liquefying the inside of the body (11). Since the product is levitated in the body (11), there is no contact is generated between the product and the inner wall of the body (10), and therefore it is not necessary to provide the body (11) of material with high fire-resistant capacity. The invention also concerns a metallurgical device (1) capable of being manufactured at reduced costs, proving to be more reliable, and having processing times less than the usual techniques.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de réduction et de liquéfaction de minerais métallifères préparés, et de résidus métallifères, appelés produit (8). Le produit (8) est déplacé au travers d'un corps (11) par gravité et/ou sous l'effet d'un champ d'ondes électromagnétiques progressives, et maintenu en lévitation sous l'effet d'un champ magnétique produit par un système de bobines (2). Le système de bobines (2) produit par ailleurs un champ de courants de Foucault afin d'obtenir la température nécessaire à la réduction et/ou à la liquéfaction à l'intérieur du corps (11). Comme le produit est en lévitation dans le corps (11), aucun contact n'est créé entre le produit (8) et la paroi intérieure du corps (10), et il n'est donc pas nécessaire de pourvoir le corps (11) de matériau à fort pourvoir ignifugeant. L'invention concerne également un dispositif métallurgique (1) pouvant être fabriqué à coûts réduits, s'avérant plus fiable, et présentant des durées de traitement inférieures par rapport aux techniques habituelles.
