Abstract:
(EN) The current invention relates to a composition of citrus fruit fibers and hydrophobic vitamin. The hydrophobic nutritional supplement is selected from the group consisting of vitamin A, D, E, K, and mixtures thereof. It further relates to a process for preparing liquid compositions comprising said citrus fruit fibers and hydrophobic vitamin. Furthermore it relates to beverages comprising said composition.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une préparation contenant des fibres d'agrumes et une vitamine hydrophobe. Le complément nutritionnel hydrophobe est sélectionné au sein du groupe constitué par les vitamines A, D, E et K ainsi que les mélanges de ces vitamines. La présente invention concerne en outre un procédé d'élaboration de préparations liquides comprenant lesdites fibres d'agrumes et ladite vitamine hydrophobe. De plus, la présente invention concerne des boissons comprenant ladite préparation.
