Abstract:
(EN) A method of distinguishing, from a moving platform, stationary objects from moving objects. The method includes using a first detector mounted to the moving platform to obtain at least a first reading from a target area, advancing the moving platform relative to the target area and using a second detector mounted to said moving platform to obtain at least a second reading from said target area. Then, the method includes comparing said first and second readings for at least two different time intervals to distinguish moving objects from stationary objects.
(FR) Procédé pour distinguer, depuis une plate-forme mobile, les objets immobiles des objets mobiles. Le procédé comprend l'utilisation d'un premier détecteur monté sur la plate-forme mobile pour obtenir au moins un premier relevé provenant d'une zone cible, l'avancée de la plate-forme mobile jusqu'à la zone cible et l'utilisation d'un second détecteur monté sur ladite plate-forme mobile pour obtenir au moins un second relevé provenant de ladite zone cible. Puis, le procédé comprend la comparaison desdits premier et second relevés pour au moins deux intervalles de temps différents afin de distinguer les objets mobiles des objets immobiles.
