(EN)Imaging devices (50) with an infrared filter (30) over a surface of the substrate and methods for forming the same are provided. The imager includes a plurality of pixels supported by the substrate. Each pixel includes a photosensor. The imager may also include a plurality of microlenses (12) and a color filter array (14) with a plurality of filters, each filter being dedicated to a respective micro-lens. Over the substrate is an infrared filter for inhibiting the passage of infrared radiation to the photosensors.
(FR)La présente invention concerne des dispositifs d’imagerie (50) comportant un filtre infrarouge (30) par-dessus la surface d’un substrat et leurs procédés de fabrication. L’imageur comprend une pluralité de pixels supportés par le substrat. Chaque pixel comprend un photocapteur. L’imageur peut également comprendre une pluralité de microlentilles (12) et une matrice de filtres de couleur (14) avec une pluralité de filtres, chaque filtre étant dédié à sa microlentille respective.
