Abstract:
(EN) Optical devices that optically trap a lens suspended in a fluid for various applications, including but not limited to, optical filtering, optical imaging, optical focusing, optically trapping and manipulating of particles; examples for fabrication techniques for making suitable lenses including solid immersion lenses; and other optical devices such as micro optical resonators that are fabricated using the fabrication techniques for making the lenses.
(FR) L'invention concerne des dispositifs optiques qui piègent au niveau optique une lentille suspendue dans un fluide pour diverses applications, notamment mais pas exclusivement pour filtrage optique, imagerie optique, focalisation optique, manipulation et piégeage optiques de particules. L'invention concerne également des exemples pour des techniques de fabrication permettant de fabriquer des lentilles adaptées comprenant des lentilles d'immersion solides. L'invention concerne encore d'autres dispositifs optiques tels que des micro-résonateurs optiques, lesquels sont fabriqués au moyen des techniques de fabrication permettant de fabriquer ces lentilles.
